valid points......

but with 42.86 % of the outstanding shares (45.16 with warrants exercised), Hepalink is in control.

Taking RVX private is now an easy option, and our share value is limited to an estimated value at that time.

No "Big Pharma" bids!

Small chance of a major partner.
