If you read the PR its about a non-binding "term sheet" with an un-named "leading" China based Pharmaceutical company.  

How does this relate to Resverlogix?  I think everyone knows how....News of finalization of the HL placement would be nice.  ACST is up something like 90 to 100% on this "news"...it seems China is hot again.  Of course we could get the news and watch the market again go.....Meh.
