I thought of that after I posted.....that they'd be over 50%, so a licensing deal makes more sense.  The thing about BP getting involved....I see the whole structure as being so convoluted, I see it almost like a poison pill.  Okay....you can buy the whole shebang, but that doesn't include China and their territories, oh....and then there's the Royalities, that will have to be negotiated.  Oh yeah, almost forgot, HL has a ROFR on the US market.....

On a different note, why is it always: "The whole shebang"?  Has anyone ever gotten just half or a quarter of a shebang?  It seems to me shebangs are not divisible, you can't split them up into pieces. 

Shouldn't it just be "the shebang"?
