SF - I got the impression that Toinv was referring more to brand awareness at the very early stages than marketing as you and I know it. I would agree with you 100% that now is not the right time for marketing. There is a reasonable chance that apabetalone will be renamed if and when it hits the market which would make any marketing at this point mute.
