Thanks GAC. I found the press release from 2013:

RESVERLOGIX CLOSES $1.6 MILLION PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Looks like the warrants were set to expire next week. $476,632.89 for the company! I think that much cash covers around a week of operations.

I hope Eastern holds the newly acquired shares.
