You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
I find that happens to me on these "Report of Exempt Distribution" filings when I access SEDAR through Chrome but if I then do it through Internet Explorer, it will load. The reports on these don't tell you any more than what G1945V gave you on Stockhouse. You can only guess who the USA ones were sold to.
