Give it up for the BETonMACE clinical steering committee chair Dr. Kausik Ray who together with his colleagues published not one but two papers in NEJM today. One for the Bempedoic Acid Study 1 for LDL-C lowering and one for the genetic validation of the Bempedoic Acid target ATP citrate lyase (ACLY). This guy is the real deal. The PCSK9 RNAi therapy inclisiran, Bempedoic Acid, apabetalone. He has his hands in all the cookie jars. Rock star.
