No longer expecting clarity, or transparency or even proactiveness.....expecting them to act in the future as they have in the past.  If they surprise me and actually deliver on something, great.  

Longer term they are delivering....the trial is almost over, whether its April, June or September, the finish line is in sight.  They keep getting the money they need, even if it takes longer than they originally communicate...everything is getting done.
