You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
This has been discussed before and even though it would be nice to have the ROFR expire, why would HL let it? As was offered some time back, they can terminate just before expiry. I guess the only saving fact would be if there were stipulations within the main contract that limited the reasons that qualified for termination and refund.
