Everything stays blinded until the database lock, which is one of the last things to happen during trial wrap up. Data base lock was mentioned in the news release. Resverlogix and the Clinical Steering Committee will get access to the unblinded data once data base lock occurs.

My guess is that all clinical trial data is being deposited with and managed by PPD, ICONplc and Medidata Solutions, who are listed as collaborators on the ClinicalTrials.gov page. I think these are third party providers of clinical trial management services. And of course the DSMB has access for its trial checkups.
