A great majority here are long as I see it. Those of us, I beleive, that are committed long term base it on this sprawling new frontier in medicine that will potentially offer a paradigm shift. I for one have a built in buffer zone for a modicum of failure... ie: value not fully apprciated for many years if BETonMACE delivers less than desired. Epigenetics after all is the "New Kid on the Block". Ambiguous to many practicing clinicians.

Bringing it to the bedside is the "torn" of all new frontiers in Medicine. This space is not for the faint of heart.
