My definition of "in play" means a company that his ringing the dinner bell with lots of hype and promotion to draw attention news. For a company with ~200 million shares outstanding it would mean daily volumes of at least 1 million if not more imo, a far cry from the 20 odd thousand we've traded so far today.
In play? Not in my books....I'd go with invisible instead.
