growacet, I am not in the investment industry and while I agree that Eastern is very unlikely to sell, these shares are petty cash to Dart and what he gives to the guy sitting outside of Tim Hortons (or the Cayman Tim Hortons) when he is in a good mood.

But my understanding is, that brokers can set-up a prearranged sale of a huge amount of shares at a pre-determined price among a buyer and seller. Anyone in industry feel free to correct, so while I agree he wont sell, i think your reasoning is incorrect.
