Great post Tada. The only thing I would add is that because AMRN had raised $65 million in cash through an equity deal in 2018, they had a clean balance sheet going into 2018. Their equity however was negative going into results.
Of course after their share price went up, they did the needed and raised $200 million in Nov 2018 and all financial issues went away.
For RVX, we will need to raise some cash almost immediately. The warrants are about 38 million worth US$53 million if all are exercised. I assume both Dart and Hepalink will happily pay up for getting their warrants. But number of shares will go up to 250 million total.
