My guess, and this is strictly a guess....my guess is that this 'trading halt' is strictly for Schwab customers due to a lack of liquidity in RVXCF.  I think its possible that it may exist with other US brokerage house as well....

I don't think Resverlogix, whether under RVX.TO in Canada or RVXCF in the States, I don't think there's anything like a regulatory halt for pending news or anything.
