Thanks Cabel. I should have been clearer in my post.

I was wondering what rules/ regulations exist that would prevent the company from having access to the data once database lock is achieved. Should not they AND the CRO have access to it to start their own analysis of the data? And if not, does the company only have access to the data (to do their own analysis) ONLY AFTER the official result is  written in stone by the CRO?
