I too am of the opinon that DM was a rookie CEO learning on the job. I expressed concern about the late arrival of the FDA and the request to include the other statin. I thought then and still think the FDA is not our friend. They have to much influence from the big boys. I realize that is the nature of the beast and we have no choice but to say how high when they say jump and our largest share holder being Chinese could cause problems as well.

Narmac, I too was thinking along the same lines as you. I think it shows our lack of experience in the trials but it is what it is and I look foward to the release of all the data. There certainly was many twists and turns in this trial but hope the final out come is what we expect. Long and strong.
