Speaking of data, suitors, discussions, etc ...

Once FLD is studied and understood (maybe we're even already there?) ... is there any reason why RVX could not disclose FLD details to a suitor under a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement? In advance of AHA?

Or, does that violate the academia/scholastics community "code" also? I would think not, given the nature and confidentiality covenants, and non-disclosure in the public sectors prior to AHA? Especially if it is done for critical business purposes and needs, rather than for prematurely pumping the market at the expense of academic channels and processes?
