If the Resverlogix board had been offered a value that they felt was fair/good/excellent, that would be the "fair value" I was speaking about.

It would have been brought to shareholders to vote whether to accept the offer or not. (The outcome of the vote would likely be a foregone conclusion as insiders hepalink and dart hold enough shares to carry the vote)

As for a 3 billion valuation, I am uncertain where you came up with that number?

How far apart are we? That again, I am uncertain of as I am not part of negotiations, but I can tell you  that at every AGM  DM has mentioned ongoing negotiations and I take him at his word!
