- with their smarts & other resources $$$$$$$$ they could very well have multiple products to market within two years/ bolt on trials etc, some possibly much sooner/FDA fast track. Why let RVX drag along & waste valuable Patent Protection years?
Even with this warrant incentive deal, so ok now we have cash for what 6-8 months & how many things can we go after/start up with that dollar amount/raise? We will never stop having to look for money -rvx leg of the race is over , hand off to Bp.
Something is going to give here IMO.I believe BP will make a fair offer - they know what they could own here.
