It was a mistake. They issued 1M+ shares + warrants at 1.33$. No link whatsoever with the Warrant incentive program.

My guess is that they were short for a payroll or payables and had to raise money to keep the lights on. Next strategy is the warrant incentive program.

By the way, I don't think anything will pop up on SEDI regarding the warrant incentive program, because the program is for non-insiders. SEDI is for insiders.
