There has to be an update very soon on the Material fact of what happened re Warrants.Did we raise funds or not?This is the most important info for the company and shareholders at this moment.

The amount of funds raised only provides a little more time to sell.  Burn rate is near 1M per month.  Entering into a partnership will not provide salaries, rent and other payables.  Selling more stock at $1 is point less.  Time has run, DM and Board need to find buyer, sooner the better.  Yes, there was great news, hopefully BP will take notice.
