On page 219, on the org chart of Hepalink, you can see that Hepalink Hong Kong Invested 20% or about 40M USD in the Ori Healthcare Fund LP.

Is it the same fund that took the debenture with RVX? I doubt it, the RVX NR says ORI Star Fund. It's the same people (Simone Song and Dicky To), but not the same money, I guess.

It would've been twisted if Hepalink took a portion of the debenture via ORI. Maybe it was a requirement for investing in the other fund. I invest in your fund but you help me out kind of deal.

Anyways, there's another proof that ORI and Hepalink are closely linked.
