I was just reviewing my response to sidebar on Jan 26 found here

and could help but comment on this. On Nov 18th and Dec 06th it was said that we would hear more in 90 to 120 days about something to do with the FDA. It has only been 83 days since the initial meeting with the FDA on Nov 13th and we were delivered an astounding message this morning. The delivery of news like this ahead of estimated delivery time could be a first in the 12ish years that I have owned this stock.

Congrats to Don and the RVX team.

I suspect as a number of others have mentioned today that this means more to BP’s and institutions than it does to the retail crowd. My guess is in 2 to 10 days this stock will start to reflect the value of the news we saw this morning.
