I think that potentially speaks to two things.  Firstly is the degree to which RVX is tightly held, something we've long known about...the major holders are not selling. 

Secondly I think it could speak to impatience, and perhaps be a signal that someone or someones decided that waiting was no longer an option.  If this second point is true it could be the result of news being anticiapted.
