Good question, but there is no way of knowing without doing a dose-response study. It could be that 30% is the maximum attainable. On the other hand, it might be possible to increase the effect with a bigger dose. However, we don't know if ABL would have the same safety profile at the higher dose. So that would beed to be looked at too.
