I don't buy their "sensitive data" claims.  

RVX is set to meet the FDA in May to finalize their next Phase 3 trial.  They need to get all data out in the public domain as fast as possible.  And do we really believe that if the data is so great, no one will notice?  The companies supposedly doing deals with RVX already know the data.  But now independent experts will be able to opine on RVX's data.  And the FDA will talk to independent experts.  Time is of the essence, Covid 19 notwithstanding.  And we just wasted a big conference chance.
