Why wouldn't Hepalink or Eastern want a partnership or stand in the way of one?

Just spitballing but maybe....A too-low of a Price Offered to RVX for said partnership could get in the way of forming a partnership. Maybe the RVX major shareholders are holding out for a relatively shocking amount, given our multi-mega-blockbuster potential with this new science.
