I thought of that but I'm not sure...I have no Board-level experience. I can't seem to square the idea of having a bid in from Hepa all the while we have a Hepa official sitting on our RVX board being made privy to RVX board discussions on what is an acceptable buy-out amount to RVX shareholders...awkward no?
