Not sure what exactly to make of it all, or the timing, etc.

But, it does make me feel good that a number of key people/stakeholders are sticking it out on the long road and thru the bumps and disappointments, ... and okay with being paid with the promise/potential of futures, with stock. I would think most of them would have other juicy options, if they've lost confidence in the future reward for their work.
