Hepalink IPO'd in Hong Kong officialy a week ago: HKG: 9989

They raised over 4B Hong Kong Dollars (700M CAD) http://www.hepalink.com/uploadfiles/2020-07/2020062400011.pdf

Since they control roughly 40% of the 260M ish fully diluted shares, a 10$ buyout would cost them 1.5 - 1.6B CAD.
