Remember Occams Razor

Don told us Insiders were supplying capital when required.

Insiders are exercising options that are in the money or near

They are not selling.Conclusion using Razor they are buying time for the deal to be finalised.

Just to emphasise they may just enjoy throwing 40 k down the toilet.
