golf...now your coming to my way of thinking. You may not recall, I brought that to a discussion months ago. I believe that is the partnership Don is looking for. A third major partner.

125 M shares get ~33%. HL's 75 M shares reduce to ~21 % and Eastern 27 M shares reduce to ~8 %. That leaves retail and other insiders with ~38% ownership.
