Does anyone know what constitutes absolute decision making control for a Canadian company like RVX? Is it 51%, or is more rquired for unfetttered decision making with regards to RVX? Just curious.
I mean, what if Hepa (with or without financing) put in a purchase bid of say $8-12 on the open market, for say 50m (or more) shares? And Ken Dart and/or others jumped on it and filled the order to the outcome of growing Hepa's ownership share to over 50%?
No conspiracy theories here, just curious about possibilities?
