That is a chilling reminder that ceasing operations is always a scary possibility, although I find that a remote possibility given the potential and the investors that are on board. I mean, good lord, with the carry forward loss credit, and the science, one would hope they could sell "this thing" for a bare bones minimum of $3-4 pps if the world caved in on RVX? ... I'm thinking worst case, not a fear on my mind, if we reached "Defon 4" .....

The PP looks and feels like a hedge against a stall or breakdown in partnering negotiations to me. And yeah, perhaps, possibly, negotiation posturing.

My first gut reaction was covering bases on the road to a deal, but no deal is certain, till it is certain.
