Boy they sure dont seem in a hurry to get a trial of any kind started!! 

The sp isnt going anywhere  anytime soon , they will need another raise before this thing is even approved?

Wheres the money thats needed NOW for both short term & past debt,wages,keeping the lights on, travel to the different confrences etc etc - knock a million off the top to cover DM's wage & compensation by the time the ink drys... Dm going to continue with the dog & pony show & try & do a   10 -15 million dollar raise every 4-6 months???

If this is a game of cat & mouse to get a BP to blink they better be BANG ON with their thinking/tactics or look out.
