Yes, $8 Billion USD = $26 USD fully diluted.   $34 CAD.

Given the massive size of Apabetalone's markets addressed by the FDA BTD I prefer using an assumption of $10 Billion USD for a complete buy out.  So $32.50 USD or $43 CAD.  With multiple FDA BTDs I think $15 Billion USD would be a minimum.
