Noticed that some posters have been thrashing Don and the BOD over the last few months and have gotten a lot of recommends.

So, does that mean that you will support the BOD in the coming election, or will you show your disapproval by voting no to them?

Also, do we approve this "proposed" private placement or vote against it?
