CCD,   You obviously will do whats best for you if a deal does not happen by years end  , but I say why would Oristar take shares in lew of what  debt owed to them ,$12 Million USd and releasing the IP on a small chance of a deal happening, that amount is not amount to just throw away. I think Oristar has just a little nore insight than us minions on what going on

Plus Hepalink owns close to $100 million worth of shares, you think they are just going to walk away from their investment
