Resverlogix warrants to be delisted June 21

"The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Resverlogix Corp. common share purchase warrants will expire at 5 p.m. Calgary time on June 20, 2021. As June 20, 2021, falls on a Sunday, the company has advised that the warrant agent will accept exercise notices until 5 p.m. Calgary time on June 21, 2021. The warrants will therefore be delisted at the close on June 21, 2021.

According to the TSX, the warrants are exercisable at $2.05 per share. Trades on June 17, 2021, will settle on June 18, 2021, trades on June 18, 2021, will settle on June 21, 2021, and trades from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on June 21, 2021, will settle on the same day."
