Perhaps opportunity knocking?    Apabetalone seems a fast start for a buyer.   They have product in warehouses.   And now a contracted sales/marketing team in place and perhaps moving quickly.  

Silence may be ok at this time for any number of reasons. Who cares if the complainers complain?  Unless you listen to them it's just sour grapes from people without knowledge.
