IMO The Covid trial could have been started in Brazil as per DM in the June webcast . Assuming Management pushed the CRO to start the dosing in Brazil, I am pretty sure the Bureacracy is much easier than in Canada . Something is not adding up to this dosing delay. I am , hoping the delay has a much larger reason behind it but I really doubt that is the case
