I agree with all your points unfortunately, i think DM is too proud, stubburn, maybe even a narcissist, and may need the $2 million salary per between rvx and zenith and bonus to ever step down even for the best interest of RVX and all shareholders. Unfortunately the BOD is not doing what in the best interest of retail shareholders to this point. I really hope we see a change in management to your vision  soon, its very much needed and the share price is indicating that.
