Message: BoM2 Financing and Go Forward - hear me out on this ....

I'd have to go back and look, but pretty sure Don said the cost of BoM2 is estimated at $80m, with Hepa "in" for half or $40m ... they have a board seat and know what is going on with the potential, financial outlook, Eversana quick commercialization, etc. Hepa puts up the $40m now and let's get to interim asap. Make further decisions from there, for either 50% payback by RVX, or additional capital to complete BoM2 when the interim data is available and capital markets are better positioned ... "if" we even need to continue beyond interim analysis for an NDA.

It's in everyone's interests, unless there is some type of issue with this strategy. It potentially solves a lot of progress, timing, and fulfillment issues though, potentially. Worst case, is that RVX is then in a MUCH stronger position to acquire their half of the funding down the road in a few years with interim data and improved capital markets ... without everyone sitting on their hands for a long uncomfortable time.

Why not??
