Funny that Don did not put in print that $40 Mil is coming from HL. And what changed from the March presentation when BOM2 was estimated to be $40 Mil. I don't know but Don is playing coy, fast and loose with numbers.

But I can't see HL contributing $40 Mil towards BOM2 without getting equity in return. Even at an SPP of $0.50, that would net HL 80 Mil additional shares over and above their existing 85 Mil+ shares which will put them over the 51% ownership threshold. But to date, we don't know for sure if HL is fully committed to Don in funding BOM2. So until we know that for sure, BOM2 will not go forward. And where is the other $40 Mil is coming from. Don says from Resverlogix. How?

Your proposal to go halfway with HL's $40 Mil to a futility BOM2, is a risky move. You cannot keep patients waiting at bay waiting for additional funding, to continue with the BOM2 trial to completion if FDA requires it. The entire $80 Mil needs to be in place before the start of BOM2. (IMO)
