Question to our scientific community.

We know Apabetalone improves the cardio system, reduces Type II issues and has other benefits.  With this combination is it possible that other functions are able to return to near normal?  Meaning the improvement is a "side effect" of Apabetalone.  My guess, a possibility but difficult to quantify.
