Payzone ... it's a common story, the founders hanging onto leadership well beyond their competency. Even Steven Jobs realized at a point in time that a different type and level of leadership was needed to take Apple to higher levels of success and standards. 

The inspiration and vision always has a place long term, but at some point almost every venture needs new and complimentary skill sets for advancement. The exception is when a venture is taken as far as it can go under original leadership and is positioned for sale. It's very rare that the original talent is so all encompassing that it can go from inspiration to market to growth and scaling without new blood and talent. RVX seems to need this very much (the hope was Eversana).

Hopefully, there is something in the works that we don't know about in terms of financing or a deal, because this leadership isn't cutting it, Peter Principle at play.
