Another extension of the debenture. They didn't even bother to send an e-mail update.

I would say "well, it wouldn't make sense to extend the debenture unless there was a lot more money to follow, or news of a complete buyout or something." But the experience of the last 24 months has certainty proven that false.

I have no idea how this company is still standing, and it's creditors and insider investors are putting up with this silliness. 

Is there any shame left in Calgary? Does that go on Hawaiian vacation, too?
