10:57 AM EST, 11/21/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Alamos Gold (AGI.TO) said Tuesday that its proposed acquisition of Richmont Mines (RIC.TO) has received final court approval from the Quebec Superior Court.

The acquisition, which will be implemented by way of a plan of arrangement, is expected to be completed on Nov. 23, subject to applicable regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of other customary conditions.
