This is a cross over issue from which many of us will benefit, given that PRB and KWG/Cliffs are direct neighbours in the ROF and are both held by many shareholders.

Question: would anyone have any insights into the possible effects that a PRB take-over would have on KWG SP or vice versa and which of them would be the most likely to go first given the valuation of their respective holdings versus the FulDil #of shares outstanding.

Supplemental: Has Cliffs devulged any hints at possible strategic moves or what they value most in the short term..
